Blue Lagoon Capital, a Limited Liability Company, was launched in 2006 and was designed to be the principal vehicle by which Blue Lagoon’s founding Partners, Rod and Kevin, invested their own capital in private, early-stage technology companies prior to raising BLC1 and BLC2. Participation in these companies ranged from being active Board members to passive seed-round investors.
